The service
10gpsvps.com sells KVM virtual private servers (VPS). The servers run on Leaseweb's network. You get a virtual server with full root access, and you decide what runs on it, within the Acceptable Use Policy below.
These terms apply when you create an account or order a server through this site. Sign-up asks you to accept them, and checkout asks you to accept them and the Acceptable Use Policy below.
Plans
There are six plans, offered in 7 locations:

Each plan includes a virtual 10 Gbps port, 1 IPv4 address, standard DDoS IP protection, 1 snapshot, local NVMe SSD storage and KVM with full root access. The 10 Gbps figure is the rate of the port, not a guaranteed speed.
On any plan, in any location, you can add extra NVMe SSD storage in these sizes: +50 GB, +100 GB, +200 GB, +300 GB, +500 GB, +1000 GB.
Prices are in US dollars, excluding taxes, and they differ by location. Current prices are on the plans page and at checkout.
Paying
The accepted coins and networks are on the crypto payment page. Crypto payments go to your account balance, so you need an account to pay in crypto. The rate is not locked: what arrives is credited to your balance in US dollars, after the exchange's fees, and your order is paid from that balance. Anything over the price stays in your balance, and if less arrives than the price, it stays there until you pay the rest. Send the exact amount shown to the address shown, on the network shown. Coins sent on another network can't be recovered.
Refunds and cancellation
We do not give refunds, including for unused time on a server. To cancel a server, open it in your dashboard and send a cancellation request. We reply through your tickets.
The 12-month term
You can choose a monthly term or a 12-month term. A 12-month term lowers the monthly price by 10%, and it is still invoiced monthly.
Upgrades
You can upgrade to a larger plan. Moving down to a smaller plan is not possible.
Traffic
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of outbound traffic, which is the data your server sends. The allowance is 30 TB on every plan in every location. You can buy extra traffic for the current calendar month from your server's page. Extra traffic ends when the month ends and unused extra traffic does not carry over.
Acceptable Use Policy
You must not use a server for any of the following, and you must not let anyone else use it for them:
- Spam. Sending unsolicited bulk messages.
- Malware. Hosting or spreading viruses, ransomware or other malicious software.
- Attacks on other systems. Denial-of-service attacks, breaking into systems, or probing systems you have no permission to test.
- Illegal content. Storing or sending anything that is against the law.
- Breaking the upstream provider's rules. Servers run on Leaseweb's network, and Leaseweb's rules for that network apply to your server.
Reporting abuse
To report abuse from one of these servers, use the contact form and choose Technical. Include the IP address, the date and time with the time zone, and what happened. Logs or message headers help.
Suspension
We may suspend a server that is used for abuse.
